Return Policy for Big Hollow and WhatVest Products:

We stand behind everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within its realistic lifespan then please return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund.

The products covered by this return policy are warrantied to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the realistic lifespan of the product.  If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This return policy does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. 

Zipper Issues: YKK only warranties its zippers for 1 year. If your zipper breaks within one year of purchase we will replace it at no charge. After one year, we will charge a small fee for a new zipper and its replacement.
